Schools unlikely to reopen till Diwali, amid education rush, government says wait
No decision has been taken yet on when schools will reopen across the state amid the Koro crisis. Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama said there should be no rush to reopen schools. In the case of CBSC, a committee has been constituted and a decision will be taken on the number of courses to be shortened keeping in view the time. According to information received, schools across the state will not be open till Diwali. It is to be mentioned that there is no rush to open schools due to the crisis of Koro.

The state is still reeling from the deadly corona virus. Schools and colleges have been closed since March 16 due to the deadly corona virus. And the new academic year 2020-21 - more than a month after the start of the new semester - has yet to open schools.
